With all mods subbed, I don't get any errors while loading, and the game does load paused and is functional. Quitting to main menu or desktop only results in having the loading circle spin forever. Clicking it does not change it to a paused state. The simulation bar is green as if running but it's not, and the bar is not moving either. It's like the menus themselves are literally the only thing that work. No matter what, cursor stays as a normal cursor yet clicking on building doesn't select them. and I can select stuff in them, but I am unable to place or do whatever is selected. I can open all the menus, like roads or unique buildings or bulldoze, etc. Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible. No difference, and none of those mods have been updated recently. I've tried with ALL of the ~150 mods that worked before. I've tried my test city with only LSM and Next2 subbed.
